John Nisbet - Services Manager

John has worked with Progress since 1986 (V3) with a heavy focus on design, development and support of applications and databases for the distribution and manufacturing industries. He taught for Progress from ‘88 - ‘93. John’s first MRP installation was at Wang Laboratories using IBM’s Requirements Planning System (RPS), but he’s spent the last twelve years principally focused on FDA-regulated companies, particularly medical devices. This gives him a great depth of experience in requirements analysis, validation and change control. John has worked with QAD™ for sixteen years, providing bolt-ons, upgrades and operational support for clients. Most recently he has implemented XML-based QAD interfaces to/from Siebel CRM and field support Blackberries. John says TailorPro’s fundamental strength is the ability to deliver real business solutions quickly and without the “baggage” of customization.
