- The first year’s Maintenance and Support Agreement (MSA) is required; it assures that you achieve maximum return on investment with TailorPro eLite.
- For customers on MSA, we offer to develop a single complex custom TailorPro solution to a unique business requirement, for the price of the services only, which will run on the underlying TailorPro eLite limited run-time engine.
- There is a nominal fee for our remote installation services, as we’re sure you’ll understand and appreciate. Please note: Installation reservations are currently available with a four-week lead-time.
- Upgrade at any time to the full TailorPro Development Edition if you need even greater capabilities for integrating your unique business requirements, new context-sensitive functions, and behaviors with your current QAD system.
